Workshop Program: “Efficient Product Development Methods in Mechanical Engineering”

This course aims to provide students with an introduction to major concepts of Integral Innovation: Innovation-Management, Scenario Techniques for assessing Business Development and Systematic Engineering Design Processes (i.e. Design Thinking and agile Product-Development versus classical methods). The course also deals with Geometrical Product Specifications (i.e. technical documentation and technical drawings). Participants will be introduced to a range of creativity techniques and basic conceptual principles in practical exercises and project work.
